Jenny Blanco was rejected in Miss World 2012
According to Global Beauties, Jenny Blanco, who was crowned Miss World Dominican Republic 2012, was rejected in Miss World 2012 pageant due to not meeting the age requirements. Blanco turned 27 this year.
The rules and regulations of Miss World pageant states contestants should be between 17 and 24 years of age. In some cases, they accept up to 25 years old.

And Sally Aponte, who was crowned Miss Supranational Dominican Republic 2012 to go to the international competition in Poland in September, gave up the title on May 14th.
Sally Aponte Tejada was chosen Miss World Dominican Republic 2012 and will represent the Caribbean country in the 62nd Miss World finals in Ordos, China, in August.
